Johnston and Sullivan of R.W. Holmes Realty lease 10,800 s/f whse.
R.W. Holmes Realty Co., Inc. leased 10,800 s/f to Advanced Office Installers at 19 Alexander Dr. The building is a 84,000 s/f multi tenanted warehouse complex.
Advanced Office Installers is a one stop full service office furniture installation company.
Craig Johnston and William Sullivan of R.W. Holmes Realty Co., Inc. represented the landlord while Ellen Garthoff of The Stubblebine Company represented the tenant.
