Johnston and Eysenbach of R.W. Holmes Realty broker $5.35 million sale of 227-233 South Street

Craig Johnston, senior vice president and John Eysenbach, executive vice president of R.W. Holmes Realty sold 227-233 South St., a 43,000 s/f multi tenanted flex building to 227-229 South Street, LLC for $5.35 million. Eysenbach represented the seller, Mar S. Maple Realty Trust and Johnston procured and represented the buyer, 227-229 South Street, LLC. 227-233 South St., is a first class flex building located on South St., and is situated on 12 acres. The new owner Precision Digital Corp. plans on renovating and occupying 21,000 sq/f of space. Precision Digital Corp. was established in 1974, they design, develop, manufacture, sell and distribute digital panel meter devices driven by embedded systems that transform, display and control critical process information. Jeffrey Peters, president, indicated the property is a great corporate headquarters building for the continuous growth of his company. Since 1976 R.W. Holmes Realty has assisted corporations and investor/developers with their local, national, and international real estate needs. R.W. Holmes specializes in property leasing, investment sales, tenant representation, consulting and asset management.
