Johnston and Bartholomew of R.W. Holmes handle 13,650 s/f lease

Southborough, MA R.W. Holmes Realty negotiated a new 13,650 s/f office lease to healthcare employment agency Arbor Associates. Arbor Associates will occupy 13,650 s/f of office space at 225 Turnpike Rd.

R.W. Holmes senior vice president Craig Johnston and vice president Jim Bartholomew represented the landlord, K & L Realty.

R.W. Holmes serves as the exclusive leasing agent for the 72,000 s/f office building, which offers highway access, Rte. 9 building signage, and 415 parking spaces, among other amenities.

“This is one of the largest new office lease transactions in this growing submarket in recent months,” said Bartholomew. “We welcome Arbor Associates as the newest tenant in the building.”
