Flynn, P.C. * Arlene Donahue represented the buyer, Merlin Properties, LLC, and Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, 311 PRE Assocs., LLC, in the recent sale of 311 Post Rd. East, Westport at a sale price of $900,000.
