David Fugitt, SIOR and Lew Meriwether, both with John D. Hastings, Inc. commercial real estate based in Westport leased the 8,856 s/f building at 24 Lois St., off Westport Ave. The new tenant is the Grumman Hill Montessori School. Fugitt and Meriwether were the sole agents involved in the lease.
Fugitt and Ken Edwards of John D. Hastings, Inc. leased 27 Lois St. The new tenant is Formula for Fitness, a personal training, physical fitness and physical therapy facility. Lois St. is across Westport Ave. from their current location at 508 Westport Ave. Fugitt and Edwards were the sole agents involved in the long term lease transaction.
