JM Coull hires Bianchi as project superintendent

John Bianchi JM Coull has hired John Bianchi as project superintendent John Bianchi, JM Coull, Inc.

Maynard, MA JM Coull, Inc. has added John Bianchi as project superintendent. He has more than 30 years of industry experience supervising a range of projects in the healthcare, residential, and commercial markets. He has additional expertise in roads and bridges, infrastructure projects, and site and utility development. Bianchi is also a licensed electrician.

Bianchi is completing JM Coull’s second project at Melrose-Wakefield Hospital – renovations to the facility’s patient Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). The space includes nine open PACU bays, one isolation PACU, support areas, restrooms, and a nurses’ station.

“John has been a great addition to our bench of superintendents,” said project manager Jami Anderson. “He brings a lot of experience to JM Coull, from his diverse background in construction management, electrical work, and site/civil construction, to the variety of project types he’s worked on. Perhaps even more important is his work ethic – he’s demonstrated a great attitude and a true commitment to JMC’s clients and end-users.”

JM Coull is a construction management, design-build, and general contracting firm specializing in new construction and renovations for the healthcare, education, and corporate/industrial markets, including advanced technology, life sciences, manufacturing, and commercial/fit-up. The firm uses an integrated approach to project management and focuses attention on the early phases of a project, using its proprietary StartSmart process, to ensure overall success. The company works throughout New England from its headquarters in Maynard, Mass.
