JM Coull completes 140,000 s/f renovation for E Ink Corp. headquarters: Project team includes RDK Engineering, Allegro Interior Architecture and Industrial Facilities Design

JM Coull, Inc., has completed the renovation of two existing buildings into one 140,000 s/f facility to house E Ink Corp.'s new corporate headquarters and cutting-edge research and development facility. The facility, named the E Ink Innovation Center, was designed specifically for E Ink's specialized technology and to allow for flexible labs to support development of new products. The office space was developed to encourage collaboration across departments and allows for expected personnel expansion. JM Coull worked with project architect, Industrial Facilities Design, Inc., RDK Engineers and Allegro Interior Architecture to deliver this new facility, which includes lab and cleanroom areas in addition to office, training and ancillary spaces. "This project required a team who had unparalleled knowledge of complex systems," said senior project manager J. Manning, "JM Coull was chosen for their unique expertise in building custom lab environments for highly specialized technology companies."
