JM Coull completes 1,900 s/f cafeteria renovation at Melrose-Wakefield Hospital for Hallmark Health

JM Coull, Inc. has completed phase I of renovations to 1,900 s/f of existing space that has created a new serving and seating area for Melrose-Wakefield Hospital. The existing cafeteria was transformed into a comfortable and efficient café space. JMC worked closely with Hallmark Health System to complete the renovations and upgrades. Since the building was occupied throughout construction, work was executed and installed in such a manner as not to disrupt or adversely affect the hospital's ongoing operations. Melrose-Wakefield Hospital, located at 585 Lebanon St., is part of the Hallmark Health System, which includes Lawrence Memorial Hospital of Medford and Hallmark Health Medical Center of Reading. JMC has previously worked with Hallmark Health System, renovating health care spaces at this location and at Lawrence Memorial Hospital. JMC also transformed a former diagnostic area into an urgent care facility at Hallmark Health Medical Center.
