Waltham, MA JM Coull (JMC), along with DAI Architects, Inc., was selected by Charles River Community Health (CRCH) to construct its new location at 43 Foundry Ave. The two-story, 19,000 s/f space will be known as the Peter Koutoujian, Sr. Center for Primary Care.

CRCH will occupy the current vacant space where Raytheon previously had offices. The renovation will provide CRCH with a larger facility than the existing Waltham site, and will include primary care, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services. The new location offers coordinated care that is patient centered, family friendly, and community focused.

“JM Coull is very excited to be working with Charles River Community Health,” said project manager Heather Waice.
