JLL named leasing agent for 296,839 s/f University Park

Direct Invest, LLC has named Jones Lang LaSalle leasing agents at University Office Park. The 296,839 s/f, first class business campus is situated off the Mass. Turnpike next to Brandeis University. University Office Park consists of two high performance office buildings at 51 and 95 Sawyer Rd. Jones Lang LaSalle's leasing team will be led by Alex Dauria, executive vice president. Working with him on the marketing of University Office Park will be senior vice president Keith Gurtler, associate Brendan Cohn and associate Matt Malatesta. Current tenants at University Office Park include Up To Date, NetCracker, Epoch Senior Living and Inverness Medical Innovations. The park's on-site amenities include a fitness center and café, outdoor balconies, covered parking and on-site management. The buildings feature modern construction and design aesthetics, quality architecture and finishes and distinctive glass atriums. "This is truly a signature suburban business campus," said Peter Evans, principal of Direct Invest. "Its contemporary design, location, and amenities-rich environment have contributed to its success. We look forward to working with Jones Lang LaSalle's talented leasing team, and have every expectation that University Office Park will flourish in the future." According to Dauria, "University Office Park stands the test of time with its quality image, architecture and convenient location. With direct access to the Mass. Pike entrance, there are no traffic signals between University Office Park, Cambridge, downtown Boston or Logan Airport."
