JLL brokers $9.5m off-market sale of a 63,000 s/f warehouse facility

8 Roessler Road - Woburn, MA

Woburn, MA JLL completed the sale of 8 Roessler Rd. The firm brokered the deal between buyer and seller. Oliver Street Capital purchased the fully leased 63,000 s/f high-bay warehouse facility for $9.5 million.

The transaction was led by JLL’s industrial team, including vice president Benjamin Roopenian, and senior vice presidents, Michael Ciummei and Joe Fabiano.

“8 Roessler Rd. marks an exciting opportunity for us as we continue to expand our acquisition activity in the Greater Boston region,” said Jonathan Hyde of Oliver Street Capital.

Roopenian said, “High-bay warehouse facilities like 8 Roessler Rd., have become highly coveted assets for investors looking to capitalize on ecommerce-driven shifts in consumer behavior. This deal speaks to the high desirability of well-located industrial property in Greater Boston.”
