JJManning Auctioneers sells the Bass River Marina for $6.1 million at auction

JJManning Auctioneers completed sale at auction of the Bass River Marina located at 138, 140-160 Main St./Rte. 28 for $6.1 million. The Bass River Marina complex is a well established marine service center set on 6.3 acres, with frontage on Horse Foot Cove and access to Nantucket Sound.
