JJManning Auctioneers sells Pleasant Valley Country Club at auction

JJManning Auctioneers completed the sale at auction on November 16th of the Pleasant Valley Country Club. On auction day, 7 registered bidders each with a minimum certified deposit of $100,000 in hand vied for the property with the winning bid of $5 million tended by a local golf course owner. Since opening in 1961, this single family owned and operated 137 acre 18-hole championship golf course has received international recognition and hosted 45 PGA and LPGA Tour events. The property is centrally located in the Blackstone Valley at 95 Armsby Rd. and features 35,000 s/f. of facilities including a clubhouse, restaurant, function rooms, and pro shop. Earlier this year the firm also sold Sterling National Country Club for $4.2 million and Georgetown Golf Club for $3.9 million.
