JJL executes a 67,767 s/f office lease to IBM at One Rogers St. ping off of Modern Theatre
Jones Lang LaSalle brokered a 67,767 s/f lease of first class office space to IBM at One Rogers St. IBM will remain on floors one through three of the 6-story first class office building owned by Principal Real Estate. Principal was represented by Jones Lang LaSalle senior vice president Peter Bekarian. IBM was represented by Jones Lang LaSalle executive vice president Brendan Callahan.
One Rogers St. is a 252,000 s/f first class office building that adjoins One Charles Park. It features modern design, detailed high end finishes, a shared landscaped courtyard, and panoramic views of the Charles River.
The complex is located adjacent to the CambridgeSide Galleria and the Hotel Marlowe. It is in close proximity to the retail, restaurants, cultural and transportation amenities of East Cambridge. The property manager for One Rogers and One Charles is Jones Lang LaSalle.
