Jewett Metal Buildings & Steel Erectors completes the structural steel for Unitarian Universalist Church
Jewett Metal Buildings & Steel Erectors, working under general contractor Langford and Low, has erected the structural steel for a new Unitarian Universalist Church.
Construction on the new 9,000 s/f structural steel church began in mid-September. The project included erecting conventional steel, preparing the base metal decking for roof installation, and welding on 58 posts for solar roof panels.
The project was completed on time and on budget, despite multiple challenges which included working in a confined and tight job site.
