Jewett Construction executes renovations for First Colebrook Bank
Jewett Construction has recently completed renovations to an existing bank building, now occupied by First Colebrook Bank. Through interior and exterior renovations, the building, located at 2400 Lafayette Rd., has been transformed into a new branch for First Colebrook Bank.
As construction manager for this project, Jewett designed and built HVAC system additions and modifications, as well as electrical systems. Interior renovations included: millwork, acoustical ceilings, carpet and resilient flooring, plumbing, painting and additional interior finishes and fixtures. Renovations performed on the exterior include new EIFS, roof coping, and painting.
Jewett's designer was Bruce Ronayne Hamilton Architects, of New Ipswich, N.H., and work was performed by subcontractors such as Glenn Brann of Chester, N.H.; Peak Painters of Barrington, N.H.; Seacoast Glass of Portsmouth; and Commercial Insulators of Candia, N.H.
