Jewett Construction Company, Inc. contracted with Boomer Wolf LLC to build 49,000 s/f building at Pinkerton Place
Jewett Construction Company, Inc. (JCCI) has contracted with Boomer Wolf LLC to build a multi-tenant building at 19 Manchester St., the final building in the new 49,000 s/f Pinkerton Place retail/business complex.
The four-month project, jointly designed by Jewett and Port One Architects of Portsmouth, consists of a 9,200 s/f Corle pre-engineered metal building erected by Jewett Metal Buildings & Steel Erectors-a division of JCCI-and slated to be used as a multi-tenant retail space.
The building includes a variety of exterior finishes: cement board siding and accent trims, EIFS system and cultured stone veneer exterior. The roof is a EPDM rubber roof system with standing seam metal roofing at arches for accent. The project also includes landscaping and an irrigation system.
This is the second project JCCI has undertaken at Pinkerton Place for Boomer Wolf, having completed the Panera Bread bakery in 2012.
JCCI is a Raymond, NH-based design-build/construction management firm specializing in commercial and industrial projects throughout the Northeast. Collectively, their clients include such well-known organizations as LAARS Heating Systems, NH Motor Speedway, The Grappone Automotive Group, and Lowell Five Bank.
