Jewett Automotive Design & Construction retains Bruce Ronayne Hamilton Architects and Emanuel Engineering for work on Exeter Subaru

Jewett Automotive Design & Construction, a division of Raymond, NH-based Jewett Construction Company, Inc., has retained the team of Bruce Ronayne Hamilton Architects and Emanuel Engineering for an extensive design-build renovation of the Exeter Subaru dealership. The project's scope includes 17,500 SF of interior and exterior renovations including a 7,200 s/f showroom, office and service area addition. Designed to incorporate the town of Stratham's Gateway Zoning requirements, the renovated facility will not resemble a typical auto dealership, but will instead incorporate clapboard siding, gabled roof lines and a cupola. The project will take place in three phases to ensure the facility can remain open during construction and is scheduled to be completed in the spring of 2016. Jewett Automotive Design & Construction specializes in design/build auto dealership facilities, auto dealership additions, auto dealership renovations and auto dealership fit-ups all across New England-completing more than 60 such projects in the last few years. Repeat clients include such well-known organizations as the Herb Chambers Companies, the Grappone Automotive Group, Commonwealth Motors, and the AutoServ Dealer Group.
