Jewett Automotive Design and Construction contracted with Tulley Automotive Group to construct a new BMW dealership

Jewett Automotive Design and Construction has contracted with the Tulley Automotive Group to construct a new BMW dealership and service center at 170 Auto Center Rd. The project consists of renovations to both the interior and exterior of an existing 12,560 s/f structure, the addition of 11,500 s/f of new pre-engineered building including a 5667 s/f steel-framed service bay with a 2nd floor office addition, and two new entry vestibules. This is the second project Jewett has undertaken for Tulley Automotive. Past work includes 18,000 s/f of renovations and 26,000 s/f of additions to its BMW dealership in Nashua, where it also holds franchises for Buick, GMC, Mazda, and Volkswagen. Jewett Automotive Design is a division of Jewett Construction Company, Inc.—a Raymond, NH-based design-build / construction management firm specializing in commercial and industrial projects throughout the Northeast. Other recent automotive clients include such well-known organizations as Foss Motors, Team Nissan, RC Olsen Cadillac and the Grappone Automotive Group.
