Jewett Automotive contracted with Ed Reilly Subaru for upgrades
Jewett Automotive Design & Construction, a division of Jewett Construction Company, Inc., has contracted with Ed Reilly Subaru to provide upgrades and renovations to its automobile dealership at 150 Manchester St.
The project involves both interior and exterior renovations, all of which will be completed while the dealership is in operation. Interior upgrades include service write-up area renovations and a refit of the showroom and customer lounge areas. Exterior renovations involve the installation of new architectural composite metal panels and the new Subaru slate icon tower. Work also includes selective demolition, new aluminum storefront doors and windows, modifications to the fire protection sprinkler system, design-build HVAC and electrical systems; and all finishes including acoustic ceiling systems, ceramic floor tile and vinyl composite tile, carpet and painting.
