JCS Construction Group breaks ground on 12,000 s/f

JCS Construction Group, Inc. broke ground on 409 Greenwich Ave. The property will be home of a three-story, 12,000 s/f mixed-use building on the corner of Greenwich Ave. and Bruce Park Rd. JCS Construction Group led by president Justin Shaw is the developer on the project and partner in the ownership entity. CPP 409 Greenwich Ave LLC has a signed lease from a major restaurant tenant on the first floor. The restaurant will occupy the first floor opening in the fall. The second floor will comprise of 4,000 s/f of retail and the Third floor will be 2 residential apartments with dedicated roof top decks with water views. JCS is the first developer to become the first to install Geothermal wells on Greenwich Ave. The geothermal system, along with being green, will use ambient temperature of the ground water for its heating and cooling systems, reducing the energy consumption and operating expenses of the property.
