411 Waverley Oaks Road - Waltham, MA

Waltham, MA NAI Hunneman represented Waverley Oaks Park and its owner Duffy Properties in a 5,000 s/f lease with Guldmann at 411 Waverley Oaks Rd. Guldmann, a medical device manufacturer and marketer of technical aids for the disabled and working tools for their care givers, is relocating from Trapelo Rd. in Belmont. “The space and the park were the perfect combination for Guldmann’s relocation plans,” said Rexinis. “411 Waverley Oaks Rd. provides Guldmann unique flex space that can serve as a showroom as well as production and office space; while the park offers an abundance of amenities for the firm to enjoy during and after work.”
