Jacoby, Sullivan of CresaPartners represent Comcast Spotlight

Mitchell Jacoby and Dan Sullivan of CresaPartners in Boston recently represented Comcast Sportlight in a 14,679 s/f office lease at 400 Crown Colony Dr. Comcast Spotlight, the advertising sales division of Comcast Cable, is occupying space on the 5th floor of the seven-story 118,325 s/f Class A office building. The company is consolidating locations in Greater Boston and chose this new site given its excellent highway access and favorable lease terms. The landlord, UBS, was represented by Rob Byrne and Jay Nugent of Richards Barry Joyce & Partners.
