According to NAI Hunneman, it brokered the sale of 125 Newbury St., a 33,700 s/f multi-tenant office building located off of Rte. 30 for $6.4 million.
NAI Hunne-man senior vice presidents Doug Jacoby and Scott Dragos, along with associates Sean Ryan and Mitchell Levey represented the seller, Colony Realty Partners and procured the buyer Jumbo Capital Management.
"Investors were drawn to the building due to a prime suburban location, a full tenant roster and an abundance of on-site parking, making for a very competitive bidding process," said Jacoby.
