Jacobs and Brasington of Glickman Kovago & Co. handle $2.76 million in sales

28 Worcester Rd., a 8-year-old Citgo gas station/convenience store with Dunkin Donuts sold to HTK2, LLC, for $2.6 million. Seller owns Ted's Package Store and is in the process of re-developing an entire town block. Construction began and will culminate with new 13,000 s/f liquor/convenience store with brand name fruit and produce tenant and retail pad site. Existing store will remain open through construction. Grand opening slated for November. Mike Jacobs, principal of Glickman Kovago & Co., represented all parties. Also, Gustafson Plumbers, Inc. purchased the property located at 111 McKeon Rd. in Worcester from Ted Beriau. The 5,300 s/f building well located just off Rte. 146. The property sold for $160,000. David Brasington of Glickman Kovago & Co. represented the owner, and Mary Tavolieri of Coldwell Banker in Shrewsbury represented the buyer.
