Quincy, MA J. Calnan & Associates (JC&A)has been named the 2015 Collaborating Professional of the Year by the Commercial Brokers Association (CBA). The award recognizes a collaborating professional whose professionalism, leadership, education, service, philanthropy, and vision have benefited members of the real estate community.

CBA’s 2015 Achievement Awards were presented on March 3 at the InterContinental Hotel in Boston.   

Founder and CEO of JC&A, Jay Calnan, accepted the award on behalf of the company.

2016 marks our 20th year in business and as we look back on two decades of success, none of it would have been possible without you - our clients, partners, friends, family and colleagues. This journey has been incredible, and we want to extend a heartfelt “thank you” to those of you who made it possible for us to become one of the best construction management firms in the Northeast.” 

20 years has brought us incredible opportunities, and from a small team of leaders we have grown to include a portfolio of work in the academic, corporate, healthcare and science & technology markets, having the privilege to work for clients such as Boston Properties, Biogen IDEC, Atlantic Management, Children’s Hospital, Schneider Electric, PTC Inc, Reebok, Shire Pharmaceuticals, The Park School, New England Sports Network (NESN), Philips, Constant Contact, The MathWorks and PUMA.”

JC&A has been fortunate to collaborate with some of the best design and engineering firms on these projects as well as leading brokerage, property management and project management firms.

We are tremendously proud of our firm’s ability to be very forward thinking and progressive, while still remaining true to our roots and the principles that have contributed to our 20 years of success.

 The Commercial Brokers Association represents over 400 members in the commercial brokerage community throughout Massachusetts.
