Italia & Lemp, Inc. and 41 other appraisal firms combine to launch Valbridge Property Advisors

According to Patrick Lemp, MAI and Christopher Italia, MAI, Italia & Lemp, Inc, based in Hartford, with an additional office in Norwalk, has partnered with 41 other appraisal firms to form Valbridge Property Advisors. Valbridge provides independent valuation and advisory services to local, regional, multi-market and national clients. Italia & Lemp, founded in 1993, is a longtime commercial real estate appraisal services leader in the region. For a transition period, the firm will be known as Valbridge Property Advisors | Italia & Lemp. Based on publicly available information and company estimates, Valbridge immediately ranks among the top 3 national commercial real estate valuation and advisory services firms, with 145 MAIs, 59 office locations and 600 staff across the U.S. Valbridge Property Advisors | Italia & Lemp is led Lemp and Italia who will now be senior managing directors of Valbridge. Valbridge | Italia & Lemp employs a staff of 13 persons, including one other MAI. Each Valbridge office is managed by an appraiser who holds the MAI designation of the Appraisal Institute. Why are they doing this? Client demand for a strong independent national commercial property valuation services firm has driven them to combine with dozens of the best and brightest appraisers across the country to launch Valbridge. But they're no less committed to being the #1 firm in the state known for high standards of accuracy, integrity and reporting. In fact, as Valbridge they will, over time, provide expanded services and an even higher level of service to our local clients, while also serving regional and national clients based outside the area. They will now be able to serve as a resource to their clients in locating and coordinating appraisal services on a nationwide basis.
