Integrated Builders hires Kidder as senior project manager

Rockland, MA Integrated Builders, a firm specializing in general contracting and construction management services, has hired Brian Kidder as a senior project manager. Bringing over 35 years of industry experience to his new role, Kidder has led a variety of project types including industrial power plants, distribution, cold storage, residential housing, laboratories, healthcare, manufacturing, office buildings, and industrial developments.

As senior project manager, Kidder will be responsible for overseeing all project and construction management services including the establishment of estimates, budgets, logistics, and timetables. Additionally, he will lead a select team of superintendents, assistant project managers, and contractors to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of exceptional projects for Integrated Builders’ clients.

“With over 35 years of experience and an impressive portfolio of work under his belt, Brian is a knowledgeable industry veteran who will serve as an immediate leader on Integrated Builders’ diverse projects,” said Jay Dacey, president of Integrated Builders. “We have assembled a very talented leadership team, and Brian adds yet another strong component to our firm as we continue to grow within the market.”

Prior to his role at Integrated Builders, Kidder served as a senior project manager at CMC Design-Build for over seven years and as a project manager at Dacon Corp. for 15 years. In these roles, he was responsible for coordinating and managing projects from concept to completion, fostering client relationships, and overseeing all construction processes.

Kidder is originally from New Hartford, NY, and currently resides in Norton, Mass. He attended Utica College in Central New York.
