Integrated Builders breaks ground on Gallery Automotive Group's BMW and MINI showrooms and service facilities

Integrated Builders has begun construction on new BMW and MINI dealerships at 1040 Hingham St. Gallery Automotive Group's new 58,000 s/f of BMW and MINI showrooms and service facilities will replace BMW Gallery of Norwell at 98 Accord Park Dr. The new location will provide expanded space for over 400 vehicles, more than 30 service bays, and charging stations catering to the electric vehicle market. The site along the Rte. 3 corridor is being developed by notable real estate firm, A.W. Perry, Inc. Integrated Builders will oversee construction management services and will be utilizing a design-build contract with Curtis Architectural Group. The dealership will also utilize high-end materials and finishes that will be consistent with the distinguished BMW and MINI brands. "We are very excited about the inclusion of innovative design features such as a second-floor 'jewel box,' a glass enclosure that will highlight eight models from the BMW and MINI lines, visible from Rte. 3 South," said Jay Dacey, president of Integrated Bldrs.
