Integrated Builders begins 40,000 s/f renovations

Integrated Builders Inc. has begun construction on 10 Oceana Dr. This project consists of a 40,000 s/f office building that will receive over $1.5 million in renovations. Integrated Builders project manager Bob Purdy will work with superintendent Colin Little and owners Equity Industrial Partners (EIP) throughout the renovations and will lease 10,000 s/f of this space to the first tenant. The Pulse Network is expanding their space and is excited to be the first tenant in this new renovated space. Maugel Architects' Jonathan Crocker and Sarah Cormier will be working on the design aspects of the space, which will also include renovations for current tenant fit up. "We are excited to be working to help bring a much-needed renovation to this building" said Jay Dacey, president of Integrated. "Once completed, the renovations will make greater use of the space to benefit tenants and their employees." The renovations will include new windows and entrances to the facility, along with new bathroom cores and elevators to make working and moving throughout the building easier for tenants. Furthermore, new HVAC systems will be installed throughout the facility to help provide it with a more energy efficient system.
