Integrated Builders awarded $3.425 million upgrade for Calare Properties' South Street Business Park

Integrated Builders was awarded the upgrades to 413 South St. for Calare Properties. Under the direction of Victor Simonians, Integrated Builders is working with Gorman Richardson Lewis architect and civil engineer, Engineering Design Consultants to complete an existing shell located at 413 South St. This two-story 145,000 s/f office and industrial space required work to the concrete slab, installation of eleven new overhead doors and MEP upgrades. Site work includes new site utilities, site lighting, concrete sidewalks and new asphalt paving; Property landscaping was also included. The project value is $3,425,711. Calare Props. is a real estate investment manager with a successful record of acquiring and redeveloping underperforming commercial real estate assets. Calare has organized five private equity funds and several joint ventures, and possesses a diverse portfolio valued over $600 million.
