Integrated Builders appoints Concannon senior project manager and operations manager

Integrated Builders, a firm specializing in general contracting and construction management services, continues to grow by hiring John Concannon, LEED AP as senior project manager and operations manager. Concannon was most recently a project manager at AJAX Partners. Concannon brings construction experience serving corporations, developers, property managers, retailers, healthcare providers and private institutions across New England and the west coast. Previous clients include Microsoft, Harvard University, and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical. Concannon attracted Integrated Builders' notice for his skill and experience overseeing pre-construction services in addition to his LEED AP certification. On past projects Concannan has proven himself able to fast-track sensitive jobs by working closely with existing facilities, tenants and property owners. His first project with Integrated Builders has been to oversee operations on Enterasys Secure Networks' headquarters in Salem, N.H. "The reutilization of 9 Northeastern Boulevard in Salem, NH into 190,000 SF of MDF room, electronics lab and office space has been a rewarding project" said Concannon regarding the Enterasys project. "I look forward to continuing my career in such a client-oriented firm." "Integrated Builders continues to win business based on the strength and experience of our team" said Jay Dacey, president of Integrated Builders. "John's commitment to client service along with his extensive experience is a welcome addition to our team." Concannon's appointment is Integrated Builders' latest step as the company's business improves with the construction industry's recovery.
