Integrated Bldrs. to build lab space for Valeritas

Integrated Builders has been awarded a contract to build a lab for Valeritas at 800 Boston Tpke. The lab will include 2,000 s/f of space and will house a modular clean-room. Last year, Integrated Builders completed a 20,679 s/f tenant fit-up for Valeritas at the same facility. Integrated was hired by the landlord, Vinco Properties, for the tenant fit-up job as well as for the repositioning of the 50,000 s/f building. The interior fit-up last year consisted of building a modular Class 10,000 Clean-room, a 200 s/f Class 100 Clean-room, a lab space, office and R&D, and a cafeteria. The exterior improvements included significant alterations to the existing façade and a new entrance to the building, landscaping and stone walls. "We're pleased to start another project for Valeritas," said Jay Dacey, president of Integrated Builders. "Last year, we successfully completed their 20,679 s/f interior fit-out on time and to their complete satisfaction. We're looking forward to working with them on this new project." Integrated Builders provides construction management, design/build and general contracting services to discerning developers and owners in various disciplines in commercial markets region wide.
