HW Beacon LLC has purchased a 9,000 s/f former fire station from 108 Beacon Realty, Inc. for $397,500. The property is located at 108 Beacon St. and will be the new home of JM Environmental, a company owned by the founders of HW Beacon, Marsha Harris and Charles Wilder. JM Environmental, a full service environmental contracting and consulting firm specializing in waste management solutions and environmentally friendly products and services will be relocating from Elm Street after completing renovations on the building.
