Hurd joins Cushman & Wakefield as director

Boston, MA According to Cushman & Wakefield, Ryan Hurd has rejoined the local office as director, where he will work downtown and enhance the firm’s inner suburban coverage with a focus on Fenway, Allston/Brighton, Brookline and Somerville.

With more than a decade of real estate experience, Hurd works with both landlords and tenants.

“I am excited to join Cushman & Wakefield’s highly collaborative team during this time of growth in the Boston office,” said Hurd. 

“It’s great to be able to provide an enriched suite of new services and resources to my clients. I look forward to working with this amazing group of passionate, client-focused professionals.”

“I am thrilled Ryan has chosen to return to Cushman & Wakefield to advance his career. He is a strong addition to our team and will play a significant role in our continued growth,” said Carolyn Sidor, managing principal. 

Hurd first joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2010 and later ventured into the technology startup space, where he was able to forge strong relationships within the tech community. Most recently he was a real estate advisor with Boston Realty Advisors.

Hurd is actively involved with the Belmont Hill Corporation as well as the National Pancreas Foundation. He graduated from Bowdoin College with a bachelor’s degree in government and legal studies.
