Hunneman brokers sale

NAI Hunneman has brokered the sale of a 2,674 s/f, office condominium unit at The Cooper Building, 38 Third St. The unit was sold to Pinnacle Capital Management. Located in Charlestown Navy Yard, the Copper Building is a four-story, 33,000 s/f office building that is being redeveloped as office condominiums by Davis Marcus Partners. Jeffrey Becker, senior vice president, David Cooney, associate, both of NAI Hunneman, served as exclusive sales agents for the building and represented the seller, Davis Marcus Partners. Matt Twombly and Karyn MacFarland of Grubb & Ellis represented the buyer.
