Hunneman brokers 3,804 s/f lease for Rule Stream
NAI Hunneman has brokered a 3,804 s/f, five-year office lease at Edgewater Office Park Building Four, located at 301 Edgewater Park Dr.
Ted Shannon, formerly of NAI Hunneman, represented the tenant, Rule Stream Corp., a software technology company focused on the Engineering Process Management market with leading design automation tools. Jason Levendusky of CB Richard Ellis-New England, represented the landlord, James Campbell Co.
Building Four is a four-story, 79,779 s/f Class A office building. on 150 landscaped acres.
