Natick, MA Scott Hughes, president of New Dover Associates, Inc. brokered the sale of 16 Tech Circle for an undisclosed price. New Dover Associates procured the buyer, Red Brick Development, LLC.

16 Tech Circle is a two story office/R&D building totaling 45,649 s/f with a window line,  parking ratio and a combination passenger/freight elevator and situated on 5.13 acres. 16 Tech Circle is located in the East Natick Business Park less than two miles from Rtes. 9 and 30 with access to the Mass. Turnpike (I-90) and I-95.
