American Builders & Contractors Supply Co., Inc. aka ABC Supply Co., Inc., has leased 33,503 s/f of warehouse and office space at 25 Union Ave. Scott Hughes, president of New Dover Associates, Inc., represented the property owner, Gold Brick Development, LLC of Boston and procured ABC Supply Co., Inc.
25 Union Ave. is a single story, 33,503 s/f industrial/distribution building on five acres, with five dock height doors and one overhead door.
New Dover Associates is the exclusive agent for 25 Union Ave.
