Westborough, MA Scott Hughes, president of New Dover Associates, Inc., represented the landlord, 134 Flanders Road LLC in the lease renewal of 19,533 s/f of office and lab space at 134 Flanders Rd. to ConMed Corp., a global medical technology corporation that specializes in the development and sale of surgical and patient monitoring products and services. Kevin Hanna, executive director, and David Franco, senior associate, of Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. (C&W) represented ConMed.

134 Flanders Rd. is a 57,421 s/f three-story multi-tenanted office building which has undergone common area renovations. 134 Flanders Rd. is located west of I-495 at the intersection of Rte. 9 (Exit 23B) and north of I-90 (Mass Pike). New Dover Associates is the exclusive agent for the building.
