Hughes of New Dover Associates with James, Peter and Jonathan Gordon of Gordon Real Estate handle $2.28m sale

Marlborough, MA Scott Hughes, president of New Dover Associates, Inc., and James Gordon, president, Peter Gordon, senior vice president, and Jonathan Gordon, senior associate of Gordon Real Estate Corp. procured the buyer, AAMLAX, LLC, and NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs was the listing broker for the seller, 29 Bartlett Street Realty, LLC, in the sale of 29 Bartlett St., for the sale price of $2.28 million.

29 Bartlett St. is a modern free-standing 11,898 s/f office building situated on 3.6 acres and located a mile from Exit 23C of I-495.

29 Bartlett St. is leased in its entirety to EN Engineering, LLC.
