Scott Hughes, president, and Stephen Bradley, senior vice president of New Dover Associates, Inc., brokered the sale of 274 Cedar Hill St. on behalf of the seller, Marlborough Country Realty, LLC, for the purchase price of $5.75 million. New Dover Associates, Inc. also procured the buyer, 274 Cedar Hill Street, LLC, for the transaction. 274 Cedar Hill St., a fully air conditioned 69,376 s/f flex building situated on 5.14 acres of land, is located within one mile of I-495 Exit 23C.
