Susan Howard and Jim White of U. S. Properties, Inc. sold the 200 Montauk Ave. and 208 Montauk Ave. property for $580,000. The seller of the property was the Estate of Seymour Manheimer, formerly of New London.
The property at 200 Montauk Ave. is a six-family house that was built in 1919. The property located at 208 Montauk Ave. includes four apartments and four commercial spaces. This property was built in 1900.
The buyer, Montauk Avenue, LLC, was represented by Kenny Chin of Coldwell Banker Residential. The buyers intend to upgrade both of the subject properties.
The seller was represented by attorney Warren Miller of New London. Attorney Jim Tsui of Tsui & Tse, LLC of Glastonbury represented the buyer. Funding for the purchase was provided by Imperial Capital Bank of Glendale, Calif.
