Houlihan Lawrence Commercial completes four lease transactions in Fairfield county - totaling approx. 5,300 s/f

134 Main Street - New Canaan, CT

Greenwich, CT Houlihan Lawrence Commercial has completed approximately 5,300 s/f in commercial leases for four properties in Fairfield county.

The lease transactions are:

• 382 Greenwich Ave., Greenwich

Fred’s Boutique has leased 1,055 s/f for a second store which will focus on apparel and accessories. Kim Galton of Houlihan Lawrence Commercial represented the tenant and Christian Bilella of Greenwich Premier Services represented the landlord.

• 1049 Boston Post Rd., Darien,

Terreplain, LLC, a financial services company, has leased 1049 Boston Post Rd. Galton represented both the landlord and tenant in this transaction. The landlord is Eld Street Properties.

• 134 Main St., New Canaan

Buckley, Maschoff and Talwalker, a patent attorney firm relocating in the area, has leased 1,775 s/f of office space at 134 Main St. Galton and Richard Tanner of Houlihan Lawrence Commercial represented the landlord John Street Properties and Jacqueline Durels of Newmark represented the tenant. 

• 513 Summer St., Stamford

Handlebar Salon, a men’s salon, has leased 1,715 s/f at 513 Summer St. The tenant is expanding its business to the downtown area. Galton represented the tenant in this transaction and Norman Lotstein of Pyramid Real Estate Group represented the landlord Summer East Holdings LLC.

Galton joined Houlihan Lawrence Commercial in 2018 as the director of retail, where she incorporated her established career in the retail industry with representing both landlords and tenants in sales and leasing. Her expertise and involvement in the community has led to numerous acquisitions and placements in both Fairfield, CT and Westchester, NY.
