Horvath & Tremblay complete $6.11 million sale of ConvenientMD

Plaistow, NH Matt Nadler, Bob Horvath and Todd Tremblay of Horvath & Tremblay have completed the sale of ConvenientMD. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $6,110,169.

ConvenientMD is located at 49 Plaistow Rd. The stand-alone building was constructed for ConvenientMD in 2022 and contains 5,150 s/f, on a 0.83-acre lot. ConvenientMD has a 15-year absolute NNN lease with four, five-year renewal options. The lease includes 10% rental increases every five years throughout the initial term and at the start of each of the renewal options. ConvenientMD is located along Plaistow Rd. (NH Rte. 125), the area’s primary commercial and commuter corridor. The property benefits from visibility, frontage and access and is positioned at a signalized intersection that it shares with the primary entrance to the Walmart and Home Depot anchored center and is close to a Market Basket and Kohl’s anchored center. ConvenientMD is surrounded by national retailers and is two-miles from the heavily trafficked junction of Rte. 125 and I-495.
