Horvath and Tremblay of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services sell Applebee's for $2.475 million

Bob Horvath and Todd Tremblay, vice presidents of investments at Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, have brokered the sale of Applebee's located at 56 Plaistow Rd. for $2.475 million. There are 14 years remaining on the original 20-year lease with four, five year options. The 5,200 s/f property is located on 1.3 acres along Rte. 125, one of the main retail corridors in the area. National tenants along Rte. 125 include McDonald's, Wendy's, Jiffy Lube, Dunkin' Donuts, Taco Bell, LongHorn Steakhouse, Uno Chicago Grill, Advance Auto Parts, Radio Shack, Dollar Tree, Verizon Wireless, Shaw's, TJ Maxx, CVS, Petco, Sleepy's, AutoZone, Subway, Market Basket, Kohl's, Olympia Sports, Town Fair Tire, TD Bank, Firestone, Bed Bath & Beyond, Home Depot, Walmart, and Rite Aid. Horvath and Tremblay exclusively represented both the seller, 56 Plaistow Road LLC, and the buyer, Jodom Realty, LLC.
