Robert Horvath and Adam Mancinone of Marcus & Millichap Investment Real Estate Services of New Haven were the sole brokers in the $1.4 million sale of 2716 Fairfield Ave. The property is a mixed use building comprised of 9,960 s/f located in the Black Rock section of Bridgeport. The updated brick building consists of three retail tenants, eight apartments, and a four bay commercial garage. The building was maintained with significant capital improvements. Black Rock continues to experience significant revitalization with many new retail, restaurant, apartment, and condo projects.
The building was sold by a local Fairfield based developer, and purchased by a N.Y.- based investor.
