Holmes of R.W. Holmes Realty reps. MathWorks in $30.8m sale: One Apple Hill

According to R.W. Holmes Realty, The MathWorks, Inc. acquired One Apple Hill from Atlantic Philadelphia Realty for $30.8 million. One Apple Hill is a three story office building which totals approximately 170,000 s/f. In addition MathWorks received approvals to build an additional 150,000 s/f at Apple Hill. MathWorks also occupies Two & Three Apple Hill which it acquired in 2004. The MathWorks employs over 1,500 people and has offices in France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. MathWorks is a leading developer of technical computing and model based design software for engineers and scientists in industry, government, and education worldwide. Garry Holmes, SIOR of R.W. Holmes Realty represented MathWorks and David Capobianco and Joe Zink of Atlantic Management negotiated on behalf of the seller.
