Hoffman Architects welcomes Lattanzio as human resources manager

Cindy Lattanzio has joined Hoffmann Architects to the newly created position of human resources manager Cindy Lattanzio, Hoffman Architects
Hamden, CT Cindy Lattanzio has joined Hoffmann Architects to the newly created position of human resources manager. Lattanzio will guide employees in navigating benefits election, training, and personnel relations, Lattanzio is responsible for overseeing recruiting, hiring, and retention, as well as for administering benefits and compensation, providing management coaching, and improving job satisfaction and employee engagement for the entire staff. She spearheads performance and development reviews and works collaboratively with senior management to plan competitive compensation, incentive, and recognition programs, while soliciting employee feedback to improve communication and facilitate teamwork. Lattanzio has a degree in sociology from Susquehanna University and experience at global Fortune 500 companies.
