Hodson Realty and Vidal/Wettenstein co-broker a new lease to F + F Mechanical

140 Corporate Drive - Trumbull, CT

Trumbull, CT Hodson Realty and Vidal/Wettenstein co-broker a new lease at 140 Corporate Dr. F + F Mechanical of North Haven leased the property.

The 18,680 s/f building had originally been constructed for a Norwalk-based printing company, and more recently purchased by an industrial investor. The lease is for 10 years, and the terms of the lease were not disclosed. Stephen Hodson of Hodson Realty represented F + F Mechanical, and Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR and partner with Vidal/Wettenstein represented the property owner, Developers Consolidated Realty, LLC.

The firm, which is 40 years old, provides quality fabrication, installation and maintenance of commercial HVAC and Plumbing systems throughout the state. The company is second generation family owned and operated with the owners directly involved in all aspects of the business. The firm intends to utilize the Trumbull facility as a fabrication facility and warehouse of HVAC parts for their growing Fairfield County client base.
